Whether you are quietly questioning and trying to figure out what you believe, you've left Mormonism and struggle finding confidence in your new life, or if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community wondering whether there is a place for you in the church, I am here to support you. I have over eight years of coaching experience with training and expertise in mental health coaching. Working through my own doubts has given me the unique, lived perspective to be able to understand the pain and joy associated with a faith journey. In addition, I have an added layer of coming out in my 50's. I am deeply aware of the pain of struggling with one's sexual identity while also being Mormon.
My coaching principles and practices include some of the following: values work, living in integrity, challenging thinking traps, acceptance and self-compassion, improving communication and setting boundaries, and rewriting your story.
I've worked with hundreds of clients and know the power of coaching. It can make a huge difference in your life. You don't have to do this alone. There is help. I would be honored to be that support for you. I offer three coaching package options to fit your time and budget.
6-Month Package
This is the Gold Star package, designed to do a deep dive into your questions. We will meet every other week, for a total of 12 sessions. The first two sessions are 90 minutes each, the following 10 sessions are 50 minutes. We will consider your personal challenges, determine your goals, and establish a coaching plan. Understanding your Values will be an important first part of our work. In each session we will work to build your ability to trust yourself and take the steps that are right for you. I will guide you while offering tools/skills/practices as you develop living in your integrity.
Cost is $1785 (15% of my standard single-session rate).
Three Month Package

In this shorter version of the 6-month package, we will explore your questions and determine what your biggest challenges are. We will meet every other week, for a total of 6 sessions. The first session is 90 minutes, the following 5 sessions are 50 minutes. As in the 6 month package, this 3 month package is designed to build your ability to trust yourself and take the steps that are right for you.
Cost is $893 (15% of my standard single-session rate).
Two Session Tryout

If you're unsure about committing to a longer program, you can try two 50-minute sessions of coaching. We will explore your questions and concerns, focus on one of those challenges, and come up with tools and actionable steps to help you navigate your faith journey.
Cost is $298 (15% of my standard single-session rate).
